Numaro background noise

numaro - late seventies

originally constituted as the Chicago Free Street Theater band, Numaro stayed together when FST lost its funding in 1977

Numaro quickly became a fixture in the emerging melting pot of funk, rock, jazz, blues, and Latin music burning up the clubs of Chicago’s Lincoln Avenue, and remained popular through the late seventies. We also spent much time on the road touring with several second-tier R&B singers.
