I discovered by age 14 that I could get girls, make money, and express my adolescent angst at the same time by playing in a band. What started out as a fun way to play with my friends became very serious. School, basketball, my family, and everything else suddenly became less important.

Thanks to Tom, Roger, James, Mike, and Animal for going on this incredible journey of discovery with me, and to my parents for letting me go.
